Rule 10-B5501 - INCUBATOR FACILITY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

5501.1

The incubator facility shall house the types of businesses that are compatible and efficient in the use of facilities' services.

5501.2

To the extent possible, the incubator facility shall be geographically located, in areas conducive to the activities being performed by the businesses selected for occupancy and with the least prohibitive zoning to allow for a range of uses.

5501.3

Any business permitted to be housed in the incubator facility leased space shall meet the following requirements:

(a) Be based in the District of Columbia and the District is its principal place of business; and

(b) Be an independent business and not a subsidiary of another business.
