Rule 10-B3619 - FEES

3619.1

The Agency may charge reasonable fees for the processing and evaluation of applications.

3619.2

The Agency may charge fees or require letters of credit to cover other appropriate costs of the Agency, non-asset bonds, security deficiencies, and other costs, as determined by the Agency.

3619.3

The terms and conditions under which fees or letters of credit will be required shall be provided in the Agency procedures and guidelines.
