Rule 10-B3503 - CLOSED SESSIONS

3503.1

The Board may hold a closed session at the times and places it determines to be in the interest of the Agency.

3503.2

Closed sessions shall not be open to the public.

3503.3

Minutes of closed sessions shall be kept and made a part of the Agency's permanent records.
