Rule 10-B3215 - RELOCATION, FINANCIAL AND OTHER ASSISTANCE FOR DISPLACED PERSONS OR BUSINESSES

3215.1

Persons or businesses displaced by the Department's disposition activities shall be entitled to and may exercise benefits under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. (42 USCA §4601 et seq., as amended).
