Exhibits offered in evidence at any hearing before the Board shall, if received by the Board, be retained by it and may be examined by a person at any time, during usual business hours.
In its discretion, the Board may permit the withdrawal of original documents offered and received in evidence and substitute certified copies in place of the originals.
When relevant and material matter offered in evidence is embraced in a book, paper, or document containing other matter not material or relevant, the person offering the document shall plainly designate the matter so offered, and the immaterial and irrelevant parts shall be excluded and shall be segregated insofar as is practicable.
