Rule 10-B2805 - EXPIRATION, RENEWAL AND REINSTATEMENT
2805.1

Certificates of registration shall expire on September 30th of each even numbered year.

2805.2

A person whose registration has expired and who has not applied for renewal of the certification by October 30th, shall pay a prescribed late renewal fee. The period open for late renewal applications shall terminate not later than two (2) years after the expiration date.

2805.3

A person who registration has not been renewed within two (2) years of the expiration date pursuant to § 2805.2 may file for reinstatement by submitting an updated application form and paying a non-refundable prescribed fee.

2805.4

Failure to receive a notice of renewal shall not relieve the person of responsibility to renew or obtain reinstatement.

2805.5

It shall be unlawful for any Registered Land Surveyor who fails to renew his or her registration to continue the practice of surveying within the auspices of this chapter.
