Displaced individuals or families occupying living quarters on the same premises as a displaced business, shall be considered separate persons for purposes of determining entitlement to relocation payments.
The owner-occupant of a multi-family dwelling shall, in addition to the payment for the moving of his or her own person property, also be eligible to receive moving payments under § 2216 for the other units of the multi-family dwelling.
