2208.1Persons occupying any building or property owned by the District shall be subject to eviction for the following reasons:
(b) Use of the premises for an illegal purpose or in violation of the rental agreement;(c) Refusal to accept standard accommodations;(d) Refusal to admit to the premises representatives of the Relocation Office or of any agency or department cooperating with that office; or(e) For the use of the premises in any manner that would constitute grounds for eviction under District laws.D.C.
