Rule 10-B2201 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RELOCATION SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE
2201.1

All persons displaced on or after February 13, 1973, because of the acquisition of real property by the District or an order to vacate by the District or a court of competent jurisdiction by virtue of the condemnation of unsafe and insanitary buildings or the enforcement of laws and regulations relating to housing shall be eligible for relocation services and assistance.

2201.2

Assistance and relocation services (but not payments) shall be offered to any person occupying property immediately adjacent to that acquired for a District public works project whenever the Mayor determines that the person has been or will be caused substantial economic injury because of the acquisition.
