Each party shall be given an equal period of time in which to make an oral presentation at the disposition hearing.
The length of each presentation shall be at the discretion of the presiding officer.
After each presentation, each party shall be permitted a period of time to cross-examine the party offering the presentation or to present rebuttal witnesses.
Rebuttal witnesses shall be subject to cross-examination by the party against whom such witnesses testifies.
Cross-examination shall be of sufficient scope and length so as to permit full and true disclosure of the facts.
The Board or its designee shall be permitted to cross-examine all witnesses and persons making statements at the hearing.
