Rule 10-B2014 - DOCUMENTS
2014.1

A document shall be considered filed in the office where the filing is required only when that document is received in that office during the office hours when filing is permitted and the document is received by a person authorized to receive it.

2014.2

Each person who files a document in connection with a disposition hearing shall at the time of the initial filing in the matter state his or her address. Thereafter he or she shall promptly inform the office in which the filing was made of any change in address.

2014.3

If a person fails to furnish a record address as required in § 2014.2, he or she shall not be entitled to notice in connection with the disposition hearing.

2014.4

All documents to be filed in connection with any disposition hearing shall be addressed or delivered to the Executive Director of the District of Columbia Redevelopment Land Agency at the offices of the Agency or any other place or person that the Board may specify.
