Rule 10-B2005 - MANNER OF VOTING

2005.1

The voting on all questions coming before the Board of Directors shall be by roll call, and the yeas, nays, and abstentions shall be entered in the written transcript of the meeting.

2005.2 A majority vote of the members present and voting shall be required for the approval of any proposed action; Provided, that no motion may be passed with fewer than two (2) affirmative votes unless a majority of the Board not incapacitated and in the country, as provided in § 2003.3, is present.
