Rule 10-B2002 - SPECIAL MEETINGS
2002.1

The Chairperson of the Board of Directors may, when deemed expedient, call a special meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of transacting any business designated in the meeting notice.

2002.2

Upon the written request of two (2) other directors of the agency, the Chairperson of the Board of Directors shall call a special meeting of the Board of Directors for the purpose of transacting any business designated in the meeting notice.

2002.3

The notice of a special meeting shall be delivered to the business or home address of each director of the agency at least three (3) days prior to the date of the special meeting.

2002.4

At a special meeting no business shall be considered other than the matters designated in the meeting notice; Provided, that if all of the directors of the agency are present at a special meeting any and all business may be transacted at that special meeting.
