Rule 1-5700 - GENERAL AUTHORITY; PURPOSE

This chapter is promulgated pursuant to authority set forth in section 1814 of the Fiscal Year 2010 Budget Support Act of 2009, effective March 3, 2010 (D.C. Law 18-111; D.C. Official Code § 1-327.73 (2011 Supp.)), and Mayor's Order 2011-119, dated July 14, 2011.

The purpose of this chapter is to set forth fees for the replacement of DC One Card credentials containing electronic chips.
