Rule 1-4012 - DISBURSEMENT OF GRANT FUNDS FOR COMPETITIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE GRANTS
4012.1

The OST Grant Program may disburse grants in advance of expenses, except if the grantee has been designated high-risk by the OST Office as described in Subsection 4007.5. Disbursement details and timelines shall be set forth in the grant agreement.
