Rule 1-2215 - PAYMENT OF CIVIL SANCTIONS

2215.1

An administrative law judge may impose monetary fines and penalties.

2215.2

All checks must be certified and made payable to "D.C. Treasurer."

2215.3

Payment of the fine does not relieve the respondent of the obligation to abate the infraction cited in the NOI.
