Rule 1-2207 - ORDER OF PROCEDURE

2207.1

The order of procedure for presenting evidence at the hearing shall be as follows:

(a) Introductory statement by the Presiding Officer;

(b) Applicant's case;

(c) Testimony from parties in support of the application;

(d) Testimony from parties in opposition to the application; and

(e) Rebuttal by applicant.
