Rule 1-1515 - RECORDS OF TERMINATED AGENCIES

1515.1

The disposition of records of terminated agencies is subject to all the provisions of this chapter. Agencies being terminated shall notify the Administrator of that fact and request guidance in planning the appropriate disposition of their records.
