Drivers of all vehicles shall drive in a careful and safe manner at all times while entering or remaining on property.
Drivers shall comply with the signals and directions of Protective Services officers or other authorized individuals and all posted traffic signs.
The blocking of entrances, driveways, walks, loading platforms, or fire hydrants shall be prohibited.
Unauthorized parking shall be prohibited except in the case of an emergency.
Vehicles parked in violation of this chapter shall be subject to removal at owner's risk and expense.
