Rule 1-1407 - REPORTING ACCIDENTS

1407.1

Any accident to an individual within an area for which a permit is issued shall be reported to the building manager.

1407.2

The building manager shall report any accident on the form prescribed by the Director, OPM.

1407.3

If an injured person is moved to a hospital, the injury shall be reported to the Police or the D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department.
