Rule 1-1405 - RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMITTEE

1405.1

There shall be no physical alteration to public areas used under this chapter by the permittee. The permittee shall be responsible for any damages caused in the course of the permitted activity.

1405.2

The permittee shall make adequate provisions for the following:

(a) Protection of the safety of a user of the public area; and

(b) Prevention of injury or damage to the public building.

1405.3

The furnishing of any equipment necessary for the proposed activity shall be the responsibility of the permittee.
