The Board may establish committees as needed, including standing committees. The Board shall determine who shall be members of any such committees. Committees may include District government employees who are not Members, provided that each committee is chaired by a Member. Unless specified by the Board, the individual committees shall determine the dates, times, and locations of meetings and whether or not to keep records of committee meetings.
The Board may establish its own bylaws and rules of procedure.
