Section 5102-7.0 - Appeal From the Secretary's Decision7.1 Appeal Procedure 7.1.1 Any person or persons, jointly or severally, or any taxpayer, or other officer, department, board or bureau of the State, aggrieved by a final order of the Secretary may, within 30 calendar days, appeal to the Superior Court as provided in 7 Del.C. § 6803(g).7 Del.
