Section 7204-10.0 - Prohibited Acts

10.1 It shall be unlawful:

10.1.1 To operate any Wastewater Treatment Facility (except those exempted under provisions of these regulations) unless the person(s) in DRC is (are) duly licensed under the provisions of these regulations; and

10.1.2 For any person to perform the duties of a Delaware Licensed Wastewater Operator without being duly licensed under the provisions of these regulations.
