Section 3504-3551 - Red Drum Size Limits; Creel Limits(Penalty Section 7 Del.C. § 936 (b)(2))
1.0 Unless otherwise authorized, it shall be unlawful for any person to possess any red drum, (Sciaenops ocellatus), that measures less than twenty (20) inches, total length or more than twenty-seven (27) inches, total length.2.0 Unless otherwise authorized, it shall be unlawful for any person to possess more than five (5) red drum.7 Del.
