Section 1102-13.0 - Department Records13.1 The Department will keep for five years such records and submit to the Administrator of the EPA such information as the Administrator may reasonably require to ascertain whether the optional procedures to establish and transfer the terms and conditions of a construction permit issued pursuant to this regulation into a 7 DE Admin. Code 1130 operating permit via the administrative permit amendment process specified in 7 DE Admin. Code 1130 comply with the requirements of the Federal Clean Air Act and 40 CFR Part 70.01/11/2019
