Section 1124-A-B-5.0

Calculations for determining the VOC content of coatings and inks from data as determined by Method 24 or 24A of 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix A (July 1, 1992), shall follow the guidance provided in the following documents:

5.1 "A Guideline for Surface Coating Calculations," EPA-340/1-86-016.

5.2 "Procedures for Certifying Quantity of Volatile Organic Compounds Emitted by Paint, Ink and Other Coatings," (Revised June 1986) EPA-450/3-84-019.
