5.1 An investigation fee of $250.00 must be submitted with the application for an initial license. This fee is non-refundable.5.2 An annual license fee of $250.00 must be submitted with all applications. This fee shall be refunded if the application is denied, but shall not be reduced or refunded in any amount if the license is issued for less than one year; or is surrendered, suspended, canceled or revoked prior to its expiration.5.3 A Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry processing fee of $30.00 (or such other amount as that System may charge) must be submitted with all applications.
