Section 4001-A-6.0 - Services to be Provided By Carriers Providing Local Telecommunications Exchange Service

6.1 Any Carrier providing local telecommunications exchange service shall provide to its customers:

6.1.1 Access to 911 enhanced emergency system;

6.1.2 Access to telecommunications relay service.
