Section 4400-2.0 - Applications2.1 All applications for licenses, certificates and renewal of licenses and certificates shall be submitted on forms approved by the Board. 2.1.1 Applications may be obtained over the Internet at the Division of Professional Regulation's website. Applications may also be obtained in person during regular business hours or by mail from the Division of Professional Regulation.2.1.2 Renewal applications shall be submitted in electronic form over the Internet.2.2 The Board may require additional information or explanation when it has questions about an applicant's qualifications or application materials. An application is not complete until the Board has received all required and requested documents, materials, information and fees. 2.2.1 Applications which are incomplete shall be retained for one year to allow an applicant the opportunity to supplement the application. After one year, incomplete applications are destroyed. Thereafter, an applicant must submit a new application with the appropriate fee.2.2.2 Applicants must meet the requirements for license or certification at the time their applications are complete.24 Del.
