Section 100-4.0 - Applications4.1 Applications for examination and permits to practice and renewals of permits to practice shall be submitted on forms approved by the Board.4.2 The Board may require additional information or explanation when it has questions about an applicant's qualifications or application materials. An application is not complete or in proper form until the Board has received all required and requested documents, materials, information and fees.24 Del. Admin. Code § 100-4.0
