Section 2408-6.0 - Provisional Performance Rating6.1 Successful bidders awarded Department contracts who have no performance history within the last five (5) years will be assigned a provisional Performance Rating of 85% at the date of advertisement, which shall be applied until a true average can be determined based on actual Performance Evaluations on Department contracts.6.2 Contractors assigned a provisional Performance Rating may request an interim Performance Evaluation in accordance with subsection 7.1.2 of these regulations.2 Del.
