The following policy is implemented immediately.
1.1 All tarpots must be registered. Tarpots can be registered with a trailer (T) tag, or with a construction (CT) tag.1.2 The requirement for all lights are waived during daylight hours, if lights on the towing vehicle are visible to a trailing vehicle on the left and right sides.
