The following policy is implemented immediately.
2.1 All cement mixers (which are towed) must be registered. Such mixers can be registered with a trailer (T) tag, or with a construction (CT) tag.2.2 The requirement for all lights are waived during daylight hours, if lights on the towing vehicle are visible to a trailing vehicle on the left and right sides.
