Section 2601-22.0 - Penalties22.1 Whoever violates the provisions of these regulations shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $50.00.22.2 Each day that a violation is allowed to continue beyond the legal notice shall be considered a separate offense.2 Del. Admin. Code § 2601-22.0
