Section 1311-13.0 - Service of Recommendations, Determinations, and Notices
13.1 All preliminary recommendations, final determinations and Delaware Right-to-Sue Notices shall be promptly served on all parties by U.S. Mail or by other means as agreed upon in writing bythe parties.
