Section 1331-28.0 - Time

The Department of Labor and the Industrial Accident Board shall follow the provisions of Superior Court Civil Rule 6 unless otherwise specified in the statute, 19 Del.C. § 2301e t. seq. or the Administrative Procedures Act, 29 Del.C. § 10001 et. seq.
