Section 1331-2.0 - Sessions2.1 Hearings on petitions will be held during the normal work week at such locations and at such times as may be set upon notice by the Department of Labor.2.2 Special sessions of the Board for the transaction of business may be held at any time and place in the State of Delaware as may be scheduled by the Board with notice as provided by law.19 Del.
