Section 1331-16.0 - Attorneys16.1 The Department shall be notified of representation by an attorney for any party on any matter pending before the Board. An attorney's appearance may be withdrawn without obtaining the Board's permission when another member of the Delaware Bar has entered an appearance as attorney of record for the party or when there is no petition pending before the Board. Such notification of withdrawal shall be in writing to the Department stating the last known address of the client, with a copy sent to the client and to the opposing parties. Otherwise, no appearance shall be withdrawn except by Order of the Board after motion by the attorney with notice to the client and to the opposing parties.16.2 When any party is represented by an attorney in a matter before the Board, only that attorney can examine or cross examine witnesses at the hearing on behalf of that party. That attorney must either be a member of the Bar of the State of Delaware and duly licensed to practice in the Courts of this State or an attorney properly admitted pro hac vice and accompanied by an attorney who is a member of the Delaware Bar.19 Del.
