Section 1101-8.0 - Complaints8.1 Any controversy or difference arising under an Agreement which cannot be resolved locally, or which is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement, may be submitted by an Apprentice or his/her authorized representative to the State Registration Agency for review. Matters covered by a collective bargaining agreement, however, shall be submitted and processed in accordance with the procedures therein provided.8.2 The complaint shall be in writing, signed by the complainant, and submitted by the Apprentice or his/her authorized representative within sixty (60) days of receipt of local decision. The complaint shall set forth the specific problem, including all relevant facts and circumstances. Copies of all pertinent documents and correspondence shall accompany the complaint.19 Del. Admin.
