Section 9000-9020 - Additional Work Requirements[273.7(e)]
After registration, work registrants must also:
1. Report for an interview upon the reasonable request of the case worker or the Division's designated employment/training provider and participate in an Employment and Training program if assigned.2. Respond to a request from the case worker for supplemental information regarding employment status or availability for work.3. Report to an employer to whom referred by the case worker if the potential employment meets the suitability requirements described in DSSM 9022.4. Accept a bona fide offer of suitable employment to which he or she is referred by an employment/training agency; at a wage not less than the higher of either the applicable State or Federal minimum wage.16 Del.
