The individual must meet one of the following requirements:
b. Be an individual between the ages of 19 and 64 who is receiving disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act. An individual is considered to meet the "receiving disability benefits" requirement if the individual is a former recipient of either Social Security Disability Insurance benefits or Supplemental Security Income benefits and was required by the Social Security Administration to accept Social Security Survivors benefits.16 Del.
