Section 5-101.11 - Approved System

DRINKING WATER shall be obtained from an APPROVED source that is:

(A) A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM; P Or
(B) A nonPUBLIC WATER SYSTEM that is constructed, maintained, and operated according to LAW. p
