Section 4465-D-42.0 - Records of Testing Entry Control Devices for Very High Radiation Areas42.1 Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of tests made pursuant to subsection 21.2.9 on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These records must include the date, time, and results of each such test of function.42.2 The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by subsection 42.1 for 3 years after the record is made.16 Del.
