Section 4201-1.0 - Purpose

These regulations are promulgated by the Department pursuant to Senate Bill 372 of the 141st General Assembly. These regulations are also independently authorized by 29Del.C.§ 7903. The purpose of the regulations is to implement 16Del.C.Ch. 32.
