Section 4109-7.0 - Penalties

Any person or organization required to report the diagnosis or treatment of confirmed autism pursuant to these regulations, and who violates these regulations, shall be subject to a fine of up to $100 for each violation, pursuant to 16Del.C.226. Justices of the Peace Courts have jurisdiction over such violations.
