Section 4304-7.0 - DMOST Protocol7.1 The Division of Public Health, in consultation with the Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline and the Delaware Fire Prevention Commission, shall develop and publish a protocol for EMS providers to comply with the requirements of this regulation.7.2 Copies of a valid DMOST form are valid to the same extent as the original.16 Del.
