Section 4301-7.0 - Re-designation7.1 Review Process 7.1.1 The Organization shall submit the application postmarked no later than sixty (60) days before the certificate expiration date.7.1.2 The organization will complete an application with a cover letter identifying any changes from the previous review.7.1.3 The criteria for designation renewal are the same as for original designation.16 Del.
