Section 3210-2.0 - Authority and Applicability2.1 These regulations are adopted in implementation of 16Del.C.Ch. 11 and are applicable to any licensed nursing facility which provides care or services to one or more persons under 18 years of age.2.2 These regulations are intended to supplement, and not supplant, general regulations promulgated in conformity with 16Del.C.Ch. 11 and other applicable laws.16 Del.
