Section 3225-14.0 - Resident Rights14.1 Assisted living facilities are required by 16Del.C.Ch. 11, Subchapter II, to comply with the provisions of the Rights of Patients covered therein.14.2 Each resident has the right of privacy in his/her room, including a door that locks, consistent with the safety needs of the resident.16 Del.
